摘　　要：综述了玉米胚乳发育研究进展,阐述了胚乳细胞分裂增殖、充实过程及影响因素,分析了胚乳细胞发育与粒重的关系,探讨了胚乳形成的调控机制,并提出了存在的问题和需要解决的问题。Endosperm represents a renewable,biodegradable source of materials,information from the study of endosperm could provide a basis for developing more efficient approaches for plant improvement and use.We have chosen to summarize some of the research that has been done in maize,making note of comprehensive reviews and pointing out important questions that remain open to scientific inquiry.
