摘  要:采用离体叶片溶液扦插鉴定法,研究了大白菜心叶在低钙条件下的抗性及症状表现特征。结果表明心叶在离体条件下斑点和枯边均呈正态分布,并且二者的发生无相关性,材料抗性的评价应综合斑点和枯边两个症状。干烧心的始发病部位主要在叶缘和叶柄,症状主要表现为斑点和枯边,水渍只有50%的材料表现,心叶的症状表现与品种有密切关系。In this paper, detached leaves from Chinese cabbage were inserted into detecting solution to study the resistance and character of symptom of leaves of Chinese cabbage under low calcium. The results indicated that the distribution of spot and rot are all 'T' shape, there is no relation of spot and rot. To identify material's resistance to low calcium should base on these two symptoms. The starting of tip-burn mainly on leaf's marginal and stem. Spot and rot are it's main symptoms, only 50% material show water strain. There is deep relation between symptoms and varieties.
