摘  要:In order to improve the resistance of Euonymus japonicus , its ability of adventitious shoots regenerating from inter_node stem_segment were researched on MS medium in vitro . The effect of both plant growth regulators and carbon resources in media on adventitious shoots differentiating was studied. Regenerating system of E. japonicus was established successfully. Adventitious shoots were highly obtained from inter_node explants inoculated on MS media supplemented with 6_BA 1 7 mg\5L -1 + IBA 0 005 mg\5L -1 or 6_BA 1 9 mg\5L -1 + IBA 0 03 mg\5L -1 . The regenerating ratio reached to 52 4% and 46 7% respectively. Media for inducing adventitious roots were 1/2MS+ IAA 0 5 mg·L -1 .
