摘  要:本文研究了电弧喷涂0Cr19Ni9涂层的抗蚀行为及涂层开裂后对涂层抗蚀效果的影响.研究结果表明,0Cr19Ni9涂层具有良好的抗蚀效果,涂层开裂将显著增加试样的腐蚀增重和腐蚀速度.通过运用一系列先进的分析手段如扫描电镜、能谱分析及X-ray等分析可知涂层抗蚀效果良好的主要原因是涂层表面致密的氧化铬阻止了腐蚀的进一步深入,涂层开裂导致抗腐蚀效果下降的主要原因是在开裂处形成了疏松的氧化铁.In this paper,the corrosion resistance of AS 0Cr19Ni9 is studied,as well as the effect of the coating crack on the resistance.Results show that the corrosion resistance of AS 0Cr19Ni9 is satisfactorily considerable.However,the coating crack appears to enhance the sample′s corrosive weightiness and raise its corrosive rate.A series of advanced means are employed,such as SEM,EDS and XRD for analysis.Conclusion is drawn that the existence of compact Cr_2O_3 on the coating surface makes the chief contribution to the satisfactory corrosion resistance of AS 0Cr19Ni9,which can prevent the corrosion from getting deeper inward,while the reduction of corrosion resistance,taking place when the coating cracks,should be attributed to the formation of porous Fe_2O_3 around the crack.
