摘 要:1986年海南岛Ⅱ型登革病毒流行时,对7例患者发病当天至第5天,定时取血观察血液中的病毒滴度变化情况。实验结果表明,病毒血症高峰期是在起病2天内(Log10TCID50/0.025ml为4.44~≥8.50,平均为7.31);病毒血症至少维持3天(Log10TCID50/0.025ml为2.00~8.33,平均为4.75);第4天多数可(5/7)检出病毒(Log10TCID50/0.025ml为2.00~3.23,平均为2.50);第5天病毒血症全部消失。提示,临床标本的采集时机,以及合理使用蚊帐,防止蚊子叮咬,对病原学诊断和控制登革热具有实际意义。This article reports observations on the virus-carrying state of Culex fatigans experimentally infected with dengue virus in November 1987. Adult Culexfatigans mosquitoes which had been capured from non-epidemic areas of dengue fever and ascertained to be noncarriers of dengue virus by examination were bred in the laboratory. The adult mosquitoes of their progeny were let to suck the blood of a patient with dengue fever within one day of the onset of the disease, meanwhile, venous blood was collected from this patient. The mosquitoes which had not sucked the blood were discarded. While those which had sucked enough blood were brought back to the room for mosquito breeding. These mosquitoes were chilled to death on the 29th day of infection and were emulsified. The emulsion of infected mosquitoes as well as the patient's serum were separately inoculated into Aedes albopictus C6 / 36 cell line and their virus infectivity titers were determined. Results showed that the virus infectivity titers in the patient's serum and that in the emulsion of infected mosquitoes were 5.50 and 2.33 logTCID50 / 0.025ml, respectively. Identification of the virus species carried out by the use of indirect immunofluorescence with each of four type-specific monoclonal antibodies against four corresponding types of dengue viurs confirmed that both the virus present in the patient's serum and that in the emulsion of infected mosquitoes were Type Ⅱ dengue virus which was identical to the type of dengue virus causing the epidemic of dengue fever at that time.Experimental results suggest that Culexfatigans is susceptible to dengue virus. Its period of dengue virus-carrying state after the infection was rather long and might persist for at least 29 days.
