摘　　要：介绍在冲天炉电炉双联熔炼条件下稳定生产QT4 0 0 - 15压圈工艺 ,通过严格选择原材料及铁水化学成分 ,加强熔炼控制 ,采用一次出铁、三次孕育 ,铸件附铸试块的性能和化学成分均取得好的效果 ,达到了图纸上的高标准要求。The process has been introduced that QT400-15 die ring are produced steadily under the duplex melting condition of cupola+EF. By the means of selecting strictly raw material and chemical composition of molten steel, strengthening melting control, utilizing single tapping, tertiary incubation, performance of casting samples and chemical compositions are very good and accordant with the high standard requests of duawings.
