摘  要:探索建立了光敏生物素标记人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)DNAHindⅢJ.N、Y、O片段作为探针检测尿液中HCMVDNA的分子杂交方法,检测灵敏度可达5pg。研究表明该法不仅有与同位素标记探针相同的特异性和相近的灵敏度,而且更具稳定、简便、安全等优点,利于在基层推广使用。This article explores a hybridization assay by using HCMV DNA Hind Ⅲ J, N, Y. O fragments as a probe labelled with photobiotin for the detection of HCMV DNA in urine samples. This probe was able to detect 5pg of homologous DNA. This study showed that the photobiotin-labelled HCMV DNA probe to detect HCMV DNA in urine samples not only had high specificity and sensitivity similar to that of isotope-labelled probe,but also had the advantages such as stability, simplicity and security, so it could be popularized and accepted by many general laboratories.
