摘 要:动态观察了轮状病毒胃肠炎患儿外周血单个核细胞在轮状病毒(RV)诱导下干扰素(IFN)的反应性,研究了IFN与白细胞介素2(IL-2)之间的关系。结果显示,急性期患儿80%可诱生出IFN,恢复期仅25%有此反应,而健康对照组小儿则无反应;在培养上清中,可同时检出IFN和IL-2,但两者分泌高峰时相不同步,IFN在急性期,而IL-2在恢复期。上述结果提示,RV感染可激活机体的IFN系统,在抗RV免疫中IFN可能是早期最重要的免疫保护因子。The response to interferon (IFN) secreted by peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMNC) induced by rotavirus (RV) in vitro in chidren with RV gastroenteritis and the relation between IFN and interleukin-2 (IL-2) were observed dynamically.The results showed that: The PBMNC of 80% sick children could secrete IFN in acute stage,only 25% could secrete it in the recovery stage, but the healthy children in control group had no response. The IFN and IL-2 could be elicited in the supernatant of culture at the same time,but the peak phase of secretion was unsynchronous,i.e.,in early stage mainly IFN, in recovery stage mainly IL-2. The results suggest that RV infection can stimulate IFN system. IFN may be the most important immune protective factor in early stage.
