摘　　要：本文在分析我国医学工程技术队伍现状和教育培训工作存在的问题的基础上 ,提出了从对生物医学工程教育进行结构性调整、尽快建立医学装备工程师职业准入制度、加快落实继续教育制度的步伐等三方面来推进医学工程技术人才培养工作的改革思路。Question and countermeasure of the medical project personnel training work[Summary] This text is on the basis of analysing the medical current situation of team of engineering of our country and educating existing problem of the training,is it from educate carry on structural and justment to biomedical engineering,setup medical project teacher job accurate to enter the system as soon as possible to propose,three respects of quickenning the steps of implementing and tontinuing education system etc.advance the train of thought of reform of the medical engineering personnel training work.
