摘　　要：当前医疗器械、设备供应的厂商遍地开花 ,良莠不齐 ,如何同他们形成战略伙伴 ,更好地为患者服务 ,这是个值得探讨的问题。本文提出 ,我们采取的一些新的设备管理方案和措施 ,以提高医院的设备管理效率 。Currently, the merchants of medical instrument are found everywhere.A question arises about how to distinguish the excellent and the inferior factories or companies, and how to make a co-operative relationship. This article gives an elaboration on some new measures in medical instruments management to improve the efficiency, and to serve patients better.
