天津市CT机扫描图像质量影响因素分析

摘　　要：〔目的〕为大型医用设备的配置管理和临床影象质量提供有力的保证。〔方法〕按照卫生部颁布的《X射线计算机体层摄影装置 (CT)应用质量检测与评审规范》[2 ] 规定的方法 ,从 1998年至 2 0 0 3年对天津市医疗卫生单位在用的CT机进行了性能状态检测。〔结果〕天津市“一手”CT机的合格率为 88.9% ;“二手”CT机合格率仅为 4 3.2 %。〔结论〕产生质量问题的主要原因 ,“二手”CT机是机器老化 ;“一手”CT机是忽视日常的校准工作。为此建议 ,除要进行定期的状态检测外 ,还要严格执行验收检测制度 。objectiveProvide with strong assurance for the management of large medical equipment and for the quality of clinical image.[methods]According to the standards of quality testing and appraising for CT,we tested the performance of CT machine used in the hospital in Tianjin from 1998 to 2003.[results]The qualified ratio of newly purchased CT machine is 88.9%;and the secondhand's is only 43.2%.[conclusion]The main reason leading to the quality problem arose,for the seconhand CT machines,is the machine aging,and for the newly purchased CT machine,is the neglect of daily alibration.For this,we think we not only need to test the machine's order regularly,but need to perform the inspection systems strictly,and employ maintenance engineer.
