川芎防治甘油致家兔急性肾功能衰竭

摘　　要：本研究分别观察了甘油致家兔急性肾功能衰竭后24h、48h、72h血中SOD,6-keto-PGF_(1α)、TXB_2,6-keto-PGF_(1α)/TXB_2的变化,发现应用活血化瘀中药川芎可以防止血中SOD活力下降,并使其维持在较高的水平,同时降低血浆中TXB_2含量,使6-keto-PGF_(1α)、/TXB_2保持在正常水平,为川芎临床应用防治急性肾功能衰竭提供了理论基础。As bing urinary infections, urease-produc-ing bacteria produce amorphous fibrous matrix materials. These materials are capable of adhesion to mucopolysaccharides and mucoproteins in urine. With being strong alkalinity around the bacteria,the fibrous matrix is condensed to form a membrane like dense structure ?biofilm. Five animal and one human's stones were subjected to ultrastructural examination by.TEM for urease localisation. The result 晻 showed strong urease activity within the bacterial biofilm, weak urease activity in the matrix, meanwhile, ureas>e activity within the bacteria, but no urease activity within the crystals , which demonstrated the relations of the bacteria; matrix and. crystals in comparison with the results of examination of the stones by SEM and EDAX.
