摘 要:我们对古典的小切口开胸结扎冠状动脉前降支的方法进行改进。用新西兰大白兔建立了无需气管插管、大切口充分暴露心脏,左室穿刺测量心室压力及激光心肌血管再建(简称心肌打孔)的方法。简化了手术程序,术后存活率100%。该模型适用于实验研究。实验结果证明:心肌血管再建术可能对缺血心肌的泵功能有一定保护作用。In the experiment, a modified animal model of laser myocardia revascularization (LMR) was established and its influence on left ventricular pressure (LVP) and electro-cardiography (ECG ) Was observed. Two groups of rabbits, LMR group (10 rabbits) and control group (4 rabbits), were studied. Results: LVP in two groups decreased markedly when left anterior descent in coronary was ligated and ST segment in ECG elevated. 3rd week after operation, LVP in LMR group was higher than that in control. 2/10 cases in LMR group and 3/4 cases in control group occurred abnormal Q wave of ECG. 5th week after operation, LVP in LMR group was lower than that in control group. Our results strongly suggested that LMR could have the effect to protect the pump function of acute and chronic ischemic myocardium.
