摘　　要：应用带血管蒂的大转子骨瓣转位重建已遭严重破坏的股骨头，是目前治疗中、青年晚期股骨头缺血性坏死的一种新方法。在临床已取得良好疗效。本实验证实：带血管蒂大转子骨瓣重建股骨头，不仅愈合快，而且其表层的骨膜可化生为软骨组织。该结果为临床应用提供了理论依据。Abstract Reconstruction of the darnaged femoralhead by transposing the vascularized greatertrochanter is one of the new methods to treatthe late ischemic necrosis of femoral head in young and middle-aged patients.Satisfactorytherapeutic effect has been gained in clinics. Our experiment has demonstrated that by uti-lizing the bone flap to reconstruct the femoralhead,not only the bone union is quicker, butalso the periosteum on the surface is able totransform into cartilage.The results provide atheoretic basis for clinical use.
