糖蛋白含量对胆囊结石CT表现的影响

摘　　要：作者对６８例胆囊结石中糖蛋白含量与结石ＣＴ表现的关系进行了探讨。结果表明所有结石均含有一定量的糖蛋白，糖蛋白含量高者其ＣＴ表现为高密度或略高密度影像，而糖蛋白含量低者表现为低密度或等密度影像。结石糖蛋白含量与ＣＴ值呈正相关，ｒ＝０．３７８，Ｐ＜０．０１．此外．还就糖蛋白含量与略高密度结石在胆囊结石非手术治疗中的意义进行了讨论。Abstract Correlation of glycoprotein contents withCT appearances of the gallstone was investi-gated in 68 patients with gallstone disease。The results Show that a variety amounts ofglycoprotein were found in all kinds of gall。stones and a good correlation between glyco-protein content and CT patterns was revealedin the related stones,high glycoprotein contentwas found in the stone categorized as the highdense and faint dense stone group.Whereas,the stone composed of low glycoprotein con-tent ab isodense and lowdense group.Glyco-protein contents are positively correlated withCT attenuation values of the gallstone(r=0.378,P<0.01)。
