激素导致股骨头骨细胞损害的研究

摘　　要：作者观察大剂量肌注强的松龙后，兔的血脂、肝脏及股骨头骨细胞的变化。通过血总胆固醇、甘油三脂；股骨头及肝脏组织学及组织化学检查；股骨头骨细胞的电镜观察。发现大剂量使用激素６周后血脂明显升高，出现肝脏脂肪变性，股骨头骨细胞内出现脂滴，使细胞核受压，核固缩甚至核消失。说明大剂量使用激素引起脂质代谢紊乱而导致股骨头骨细胞损害。Abstract A high dose of hydroprednisson was ad-ministered intramuscularly to rabbits,Serolog-ical tests(cholesterol and triglyceride),histol-ogy and histochemical studies in the liver andthe femoral head, and electron microscopic ex-amination in the femoral head were performedsix weeks after the treatment.Advanced hy-perlipidemia and a fatty liver were observed insix weeks. Lipid droplet were seen in the os-teocytes of the femoral head, which com-pressed the nucleus and nuclear pyknosis orabsent nucleus revealed these rabbits.Theseobservations demonstrate the damage in theosteocytes by a disturbance in lipidmetabolism caused by the administration oflarge dose of steroid,The mechanism of fat ac-cumlation in the osteocyte is discussed in the paper.
