虫草类中药对大鼠心脏移植后IL－2活性及T淋巴细胞转化试验的影响

摘　　要：采用健康纯系大白鼠，ＤＡ为供体，Ｌｅｗｉｓ为受体行大鼠异位心脏移植。受体鼠术后经腹腔分别注入生理盐水、４％拟青霉及１％ＣｓＡ５天。取脾细胞及全血，用３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法测定Ｔ淋巴细胞转化试验及ＩＬ－２活性。结果表明一定浓度的拟青霉确有一定的免疫抑制作用，较对照组对ＩＬ－２活性及Ｔ淋巴细胞转化试验均有抑制作用（Ｐ＜０．０５），但均弱于ＣｓＡ组（Ｐ＜０．０５）．本研究结果提示，虫草类中药在一定程度上有免疫抑制作用，可考虑为临床器官移植辅助性用药。Abstract The heterotopic heart allograft model ininbred rats were performed with DA rats asdonors and lewis rats as recipients.18 trans-planted rats were given intraperitoneally withnormal saline,4%cordycelps sinensis and 1%CsA respectively for five days.The spleencells and blood cells of transplanted rats werecollected at 5th day,and then,the activity ofIL-2 and T lymphocyte blastogenesis test weredetermined by radiative immunological assay(RIA).The result showed that 4%cordycepssinesis have significant immunosuppresive ef-fect(P<0.05)but still not as effective asthat of CsA(P<0.05),It was suggested thatcordyceps sinensis could be served as an adju-vant drug in clinical transplantation.
