假动作在散手中的运用

摘　　要：通过文献资料 ,调查访问并结合本人的教学经验 ,从散手中假动作的几种基本手段出发 ,研究与阐述其运用特点 ,进而探索了假动作的生理学和心理学效应机理 ,为散手教练员与运动员进行训练提供一些参考。through documents,investigations,and the authors' teaching experiences,from some element methods of fake movement in martial art,analyzes and works over the points of the application,and more probes into the psychological and physiological principle of the affection,provides some references of training for the martial art coaches and the athletes.
