胆汁胰液在胃粘膜损伤中的作用

摘　　要：我们在犬建立了胆囊小胃吻合，胆囊小胃胰腺吻合，以观察胃粘膜在单纯胆汁反流和胆汁胰液共同反流情况下的改变。结果发现：在体内情况下单纯胆汁反流并不能引起胃粘膜损伤。The experimental models of canine canine smallcholecysto gastrostomy and cholecyto-gartro-pancreatic anastomosis were established tocompare the effect on the gastric mucosachanges in sole bile reflux and in reflux of bileand pancreatic juice. The results showed thesole bile reflux don’t cause gastric mucosa in-ury,but serese injury can be caused by the re-flux of combined bile and pancreatic juice.
