摘　　要：高校的教学与管理应结合高校学生的成长特征优化进行。本文对学生学习管理过程中应遵循的一般性 原则作了总结,并提出了几点应重视的策略,希望能够有助于解决现阶段高等教育模式下的一些常见问题,强化 学习管理,提高教学效果。The teaching and management of college students should be combined with the characteristics of the students' growing - up. This article summarizes the general principle which must be abided by during the process of the management in studying , and prompts several methods worthy to be paid attention to, which may be helpful to solve some common questions under the present mode of the higher education, strengthen the management of studying and enhance the effect of teaching.
