摘 要:绿色制造是一种综合考虑环境影响和资源消耗的现代制造模式。面向绿色制造的工艺规划是绿色制造研究的关键技术之一,如何有效地为绿色制造工艺规划的实施提供必要的信息支撑是目前研究的难点之一。运用绿色制造的思想,构建了面向绿色制造的工艺规划数据库系统,提出了一种具有分布式存储和处理数据以及便于扩充的B/S体系结构,并详细阐述了该数据库系统的组成及其绿色特性、数据库系统开发的关键技术。结合一案例对构建的数据库系统的结构和功能进行了应用,对其可行性进行了验证。Green Manufacturing is a critical element and subset to sustainable development. To have sustainable development, Green Manufacturing must be in place for it has the goal of designing and delivering products that minimize negative effects on the environment, while also trying to maximize resource efficiency through the whole life cycle. Moreover, Process planning for green manufacturing is the key technology of green manufacturing; it strives to improve the environmental amiability in manufacturing process. Nevertheless, there is lack of effective information support to the implementation of process planning for Green Manufacturing, which has become a research hotspot of Green Manufacturing around the world. In this paper, from the viewpoint of Green Manufacturing, the structure system of database is brought forward, which has the function of distributed processing and storage of the data. Furthermore, the connotation, composing and its green characteristics are discussed in detail. In addition to, the functions of the database system, such as network requirement 、assistant planning of process and green assessment are analyzed. A case study is performed to illustrate and examine the validity of the database.
