骨间前神经旋前方肌支转位修复鱼际支及尺神经深支的显微解剖学研究

摘　　要：作者选用１０例新鲜前臂标本，对骨间前神经旋前方肌支、鱼际肌支及尺神经深支进行了细致的显微解剖，分别测量各肌支的神经分束数目，神经横断面积、直径，有髓神经纤维数目，神经束间无损伤分离长度及旋前方肌支至鱼际肌支的距离，从大体及显微解剖学上证实了该手术方式的可行性。提出在旋前方肌支修复鱼际肌支，需行神经移植时，尽量不选用同侧桡神经浅支，而取同侧尺神经背侧皮支作为移植神经供体。同时强调了该术式的手术禁忌症。The result of intrinsic muscle motor re-covery after nerve injuries at the wrist is un- predictable despite a usually good sensory re-covery. A new operation has been performedat our hospital in an attempt to restore motorpower to the intrinsic muscles of hand.Tenfresh forearm specimens were employed to getfurther anatomic and microsurgical character-istics of the relevant tissues. The results re- vealed that the pronator quadratue branch ofanterior interosseous nerve,recurrent branchof median nerve and deep branch of ulnarnerve have a approximate diameter,fascicularnumber,and contained fibre number. It alsosuggested that the gap between the pronatorquadratue branch and the recurrent branch isabout 7～11cm and could be bridged by nervegraft such as dorsal cutaneous nerve of hand.
