摘  要:With the scanning and transmission electron microscopes,the dispersion effect of the different dispersants,different water-solid ratio and different amount of dispersants on asbestos fiber is discussed in the paper.Chrysotile Asbestos is dispersed into superfine powder by churning,ball-grinding and ultrasonic dispersion process.It is proved by its result that the anionic surface active agent Quick T has an excellently dispersion effect on asbestos fiber.Using about 20 % of dispersant produces the best dispersion effect and the more time is used in churning and ball-grinding,the better effect is turned out.Superfine fiber of 40-300 nm diameter can be produced by churning,ball-grinding,ultrasonic oscillation dispersion and deposition process.With the scanning and transmission electron microscopes,the dispersion effect of the different dispersants,different water-solid ratio and different amount of dispersants on asbestos fiber is discussed in the paper.Chrysotile Asbestos is dispersed into superfine powder by churning,ball-grinding and ultrasonic dispersion process.It is proved by its result that the anionic surface active agent Quick T has an excellently dispersion effect on asbestos fiber.Using about 20 % of dispersant produces the best dispersion effect and the more time is used in churning and ball-grinding,the better effect is turned out.Superfine fiber of 40-300 nm diameter can be produced by churning,ball-grinding,ultrasonic oscillation dispersion and deposition process.
