大网膜空肠固定制作孤立肠段模型

摘　　要：作者以大鼠为实验对象，将大网膜与空肠对系膜缘的浆肌层固定，５周后离断固定肠段的系膜，制成无系膜孤立肠段。组织学检查显示肠壁结构无明显缺血性改变。大网膜动脉墨汁灌注显示大网膜与肠壁间血管建立了良好的侧支循环。本实验为研究小肠肠袢延长治疗短肠综合征和去神经肠段的生理功能提供了新的动物模型。Abstract The technique of the isolated bowel seg-ment(IBS)model consists of two staged pro-cedures:(1) initial enteropexy between omen-tal margin and antimesenteric border of a 5-cm-long jejunal loop;(2)division of the IBSmesentery at successive l-week intervals afterinitial operation.With the time interval longerthan 5 weeks,no ischemic changes were ob-served in intramural ganglia and muscle layersand minimal changes were noted in the mu-cosa. Omental artery irrigation with ink-showed that vascular collaterals between the omentum and IBS were developed completely5 weeks after initial procedure,The IBS creat-ed by this technique is useful for the studies ofdenervated bowel physiology,and the potentialuse for intestinal elongation in treatment ofthe short bowel syndrome should be furtherinvestigated.
