摘　　要：作者用无血清培养基培养人的表皮细胞获得成功。实验结果证明无血清培养基比含血清培养基更有利于表皮细胞生长增殖，为解决大面积烧伤救治中皮源不足的问题提供了新的途径。We have successfuly developed humanepidermal cells culture with serum free medi-um,the results of the experment indicated thatthe serum free medium was more favorable to the growth of epithelial cells than serum medi-um.This rusult provides a new advance thatsolves the problem of insufficiency of thesource of skin in severe burns treatment.
