摘  要:本文用生物膜修补鸡屈肌腱损伤修复后的腱鞘缺损,观察肌腱愈合和肌腱粘连情况。结果表明生物膜可刺激周围组织形成新腱鞘,对肌腱愈合无不良影响,新腱路可保持腱鞘完整,为肌腱提供良好的组织床,预防肌腱粘连,避免多次手术和多部位手术的弊端。讨论了生物膜的特性,肌腱的营养和愈合,腱鞘修复和活动对预防粘连的作用。Abstract A biological membrane was applied to repair tendon sheath defect after tendon repair and the tendon healing andadhesion formation were observed. The results showed that the primary use of the membrane could stimulate the surrounding tissue to form new sheath with no adverse reaction.The new sheath restored the integrity of tendon sheath, supplied good tissue bed for tendon gliding, prevented tendon adhesion and avoided more and complicated operations. The characteristics of the biological membrane, the tendon nutrient pathways, tendon healing and adhesion prevention by sheath repair and early movement were discussed.
