摘　　要：我们应用脱钙骨基质仍修复手部骨良性病损手术刮除后的骨残腔８例，随访７例，时间１年１１月～５年４月。按Ｘ线片成骨等级评定：４级６例，３级二例，功能恢复正常，未见复发。和应用同种骨移植对照组相比，从远期成骨效应、病变复发、功能美容及移植骨吸收等方面，脱钙骨基质均优于同种骨移植，值得推广。AbstractWe have applied demineralized bone matrix powder(DBMP) to repair bone defects following operations on benignlesions of hand bones in 8 cases.7 cases were followed up for23 to 64 months,The patients were graded accoding to thebone formation in radiogram.6cases were grade 4,1 wasgrade 3.The function all returned normal with no recurrence.compared with allografts,DBMP is superior with repect tobone formation effect,graft absorption,recurrent rate,contour and function, and is worth recommend.
