摘 要:大鼠离体肢体,分别用能量合剂和林格氏溶液灌注保存于0~4℃,经不同时间(2,4,8,16,24,48,72小时)取小腿三头肌进行Na+-K+-ATP醇和Ca2+-ATP酶活性检测,并对此骨骼肌和股动脉平滑肌进行超微结构观察。发现能量合剂灌注对酶活性以及超微结构的保存都有较好的作用。文内还分析了能量合剂的主要成份在保存肢体中的可能作用机理。Abstract The isolated rat mud legs wereperfusd with an energy compound,which was composed of vitamin B6,ATP,Coenzyme Q10 and dexamethasone,for 7 72 hours.The control rats were perfused with Ringer solution.The Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase activities and the cell ultrastructure of the triceps muscle and the femoral artery smooth muscle were observed.The results showed that both the enzyme activities and cell ultrastructure were better preserved in the limbs perfused with the energy compound than those in the limbs perfused with Ringer solution
