被动免疫母鼠对乳鼠肾综合症出血热病毒致死感染的作用

摘　　要：被动免疫母鼠（腹腔注射病毒抗血清或抗病毒ＩｇＧ）对不同途径感染ＨＦＲＳ病毒的乳鼠的保护作用不同，对腹腔感染病毒的乳鼠具有保护作用，保护率为９０％～１００％，而对脑内感染病毒的乳鼠没有保护作用或保护作用很低，保护率为０或９％～２２％。ffect of passive immunization or dams on lethal HFRS virus infection of suckling mice were examined. Chal-lenged intraperitoneally with HFRS virus strain A 16, 3 day-old mice that fed by the dams passively immunized withip injection of antiserum or antiviral IgG were protected. Protection rates were 90%to 100%. On the contrary chal-lenge intracerebra 2～5day-old mice that fed by the dams passively immunized were not or weakly protected.Protection rates were 0 or 9%～22%. Experimental results suggest that maternal IgG alone only provide par-tial protection to HFRS virus infection of suckling mice.
