摘　　要：本文作者从１０３例正常受试者获得了Ｈ反射正常值的三元线性回归方程。并对２６例通过手术治疗的腰骶神经根压迫症患者进行了Ｈ反射检查。与手术所见对比，Ｈ反射阳性率为８９％。实验说明此三元线性回归方程是可靠的。AbstractThis arfticle was to obtain the normal values of Hreflex and verify its reliability. The normal values forthe H reflex were obtained from 103 healthy subjects.Statistical analysis was performed using stepwise re-gression, If the practical time interval H-M in ms washigher 1. 8ms than the estimate , this S_1 root was con-sidered as abnormality. According to this normal val-ue, we obtained 89% accuracy in 28 S_1 roots compres-sion when compared with operative findings. For thisgroup patients, the myelography achieved an accuracyof 86%, the accuracy of CT was 72%. The diagnosticindex of this diagnostic method was 176. Our investi-gation suggests that H reflex latency testing is a valu-able tool in helping to diagnosing S_1 root entrapment
