摘　　要：我国引进的SHELL渣油气化工艺的九江大化肥厂 ,由于尿素CO2 原料气中H2 S含量较高(有时达 (2～ 3)× 10 - 6 (φ) ) ,为保证生产正常运行 ,防止设备腐蚀 ,需在现工艺流程中增设精脱硫装置。经技术分析论证 ,在原CO2 压缩机段间串联了脱硫塔、分液罐、过滤器 ,并选用了国产T - 70 3特种氧化铁精脱硫剂。运行表明 :增设的脱硫系统 ,在一个生产周期后 ,脱硫塔出口H2 S小于 0 .1× 10 - 6 (φ) ,床层压差小于 0 .0 4MPa ,脱硫剂强度较好 ,完全可以满足装置一个生产周期使用要求 ,且价格便宜。As high H 2S contents(about 2～3ppm)is in CO 2 feed gas of imported Shell residual oil gasification process in Jiuijang Fertilizer Plant,a fine desulfurizaton sys-tem is added in the present process for steady running and without equipment corrosion.After technology analysis and discussing,a desulfurization tower,a liquid separator and a filter have been installed in series between CO 2 compressor sections,a specific ferric oxide desulfurizer T-703 is cho-sen to use in the system.The result shows that the H 2S con-tent in the outlet of desulfurization tower is less than 0.1ppm (v)and the pressure difference of the tower is less than 0.04 MPa.The desulfurizer T-703 has good strength,that is,it can fully satisfy the requirements of one production pe-riod of the plant,and with low cost.
