60例半月板切除术患者的远期随访结果

摘　　要：本文作者报告了６０例半月板切除术的远期随访结果，随访时间为１０～３３年，平均１６．１年，结果优良率为５８．３％。统计学分析表明远期临床疗效与随访时间有显著相关性，但与术前病程无关。Ｘ线检查发现有８７．５％的患者膝关节出现明显的退行性改变，但退变程度与临床疗效并无明确联系。作者认为，半月板具有十分重要的生物力学功能，因此应尽可能避免半月板全切除手术。AbstractThe long-term results after total meniscectomy in60 patients have been reviewed with an average follow-up period of 16. 1 years(10 to 33 years) and 58.3%excellent and good results were demonstrated. Statisti-cal analysis showed that the late results were related tothe time of follow-up and not associated with thelength of history before operation. Radiological degen-eration of the knee was seen in 87.5%of the patients,while no relationship between thedegeneration and theclinical results was found. It is indicated from this ret-rospective study that the menisci are of so great impor-tance in biomechanics that total meniscectomy shouldbe as far as possible avoided.
