中医药防治肿瘤从基因层面探讨

摘　　要：基因是遗传物质的基本单位,人体正常细胞中的癌基因是不活跃的,只有在被“激活”后才会罹患肿瘤。而调控肾阴肾阳之间的平衡,对调控癌基因表达与抑癌基因的表达有极大的相关性;中草药类的天然生物细胞分化诱导剂与人体细胞的基因有亲和力,对人体各组织器官功能有全面提升效果,能为失序的生理机能找回新的平衡。将中医中药治疗肿瘤与基因治疗肿瘤的思路联系起来。可以预言,二者在系统生物学和基础上进行整合,将为医学的发展带来革命性的变化。Gene is the basic structure of hereditary substance. In the normal cells of human being, the cancer gene is inactive, and only when the cancer gene is activated can cancer produce. Balancing kidney yin and kidney yang has a great correlativity to the expressions of cancer regulating and cancer suppressing genes.Inducer of natural biological cell differentiation from medicinal herbs has affinity to human cell gene,which can further improve human organs,restore the out of order physiology.Associate the considerations on the treatment of tumor by Chinese medicine and those by gene therapy.It can be predicted that integration of these two systems on biological basis will bring about revolutionary change in future medicine scince.
