毓宫胶囊治疗子宫发育不良不孕症180例临床观察

摘　　要：为观察毓官胶囊为主治疗子宫发育不良不孕症的临床疗效,将180例患者随机分成观察组、对照组各90例,观察组选用毓官胶囊(由紫河车、紫石英、当归、菟丝子、茺蔚子、鸡血藤等组成)配合西药克罗米芬治疗;对照组单用西药乙烯雌酚、克罗米芬、安宫黄体酮做序贯治疗,2组均以3个月为1个疗程,进行治疗前后血清性激素、BBT、子宫大小和疗效比较.结果:2～3个疗程后,观察组E2与治疗前比较、与对照组比较均P＜0.05;子宫增大发育与治疗前比较、与对照组比较P＜0.01、P＜0.05;BBT对比,观察组治疗后由不排卵至复常率达75.8%,对照组复常率为26.2%,组间比较P＜0.001;观察组痊愈率(治疗1年内妊娠)为48.9%,总有效率为86.7%,对照组痊愈率为20.0%,总有效率为60.0%.To observe the clinical efficacy of “Yugong Capsule” in the treatment of infertility due to uterine maldevelopment, 180 subjects were randomized into two groups: observation group in which 90 cases were treated with “Yugong Capsule” plus Clomiphene and control group in which 90 cases were treated with Diethylstilbestrol, Clomiphene and Medroxyprogesterone in sequence, with a 3 months in course. The sex hormone, BBT, the size of uterus and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment. Results: After two or three courses, in observation group, E 2 reduced obviously, with more significant reduction than in control group ( P <0.05); the uterine development and size strikingly improved ( P <0.01, P <0.05); BBT in 75.75% women restored to normal in observation group and BBT in 26.22% women restored to normal, P <0.01; the total effective rate was 86.7% in observation group and 60.0% in control group;the cure rate was 48 9% in observation group and 20 0% in control group.
