摘　　要：介绍了锅炉膜式水冷壁管屏焊接方法,通过焊接工艺试验,研究焊接工艺参数,并详细讨论了平仰角同时进行MAG焊接的工艺及规范。试验结果表明,采用该规范焊制膜式水冷壁焊缝成形及性能符合相关标准要求。This paper presents the welding method of diaphragm panelized-tube-wall section of boiler,studies the weldings technology parameters,and also discusses the techology and norms of MAG welling in flat angle and elevation angle. The results show that the shape and performance of weld beal conform to relatvie standards.
