摘 要:用人参茎叶皂甙、黄芪多糖、云芝胞内多糖、猪苓多糖及阿魏酸钠预先处理分离的人PMN,测定PMN吞噬杀伤金黄色葡萄球菌时的CL值(30分种积分值和峰值,CL30及Peak)和MPO水平。结果表明,人参茎叶皂甙、黄芪多糖、云芝胞内多糖和猪苓多糖在一定浓度范围内对人PMN的CL和MPO水平均有明显增强作用(P<0.01),而阿魏酸钠则抑制PMN的CL和MPO水平(P<0.01)。这表明人参茎叶皂甙、云芝胞内多糖、猪苓多糖和黄芪多糖均能增强人PMN的吞噬杀菌能力,阿魏酸钠则抑制人PMN的吞噬杀菌能力。While the respiratory burst occurs during the process of phagocytosis and bacteria-killing of polymorphonu-cleus leucocytes(PMN),the chemiluminescence(CL )appears.The luminol enhanced CL response is related withthe release of myeloperoxidase (MPO ).The separated PMN were pretreated separately with ginsenoside,astra-galu-polysaccharide (APS ),krestin polysaccharide(KPS ),polyporus umbellatus or sodium ferulate, then we ob-served PMN-CL response(CL30 and peak )and MPO upon the stimulation with S. aureus. Enhancement of both CLand MPO occured when the PMN were pretreated with ginsenoside,APS ,KPS ,polyporus umbellatus (P <0.01 ).Inhibition of both CL and MPO occured when the PMN were pretreated with sodium ferulate(P<0.01 ). Thesefindings indicated that ginsenoside,APS,KPS,polyporus umbellatus enhanced the phagocytosis and bacteria-killingfunction of human PMN, but sodium ferulate reduced the human PMN function.Either enhancement or reductionwas associated wih the MPO level of human PMN.
