一株来自我国海南的O139霍乱弧菌与8株国外流行菌株特性比较

摘　　要：一株由海南某地一名霍乱患者水样便中分离的Ｏ１３９霍乱弧菌，通过表型和遗传特性测定；并与来自印度等国家的８株Ｏ１３９霍乱流行菌株作比较，结果证实此海南菌株具有与国外Ｏ１３９流行菌株相同的特性；它属于ＨｅｉｂｅｒｇＩ群，具Ｏ１群霍乱弧菌相同的生化特性，但对弧菌抑制剂（Ｏ／１２９）不敏感，它不能被Ｏ１群多价血清凝集，也不与其他型非Ｏ１群血清产生凝集。不能产生Ｏ１群霍乱弧菌的杀菌抗体。但携带与Ｏ１群霍乱弧菌同源性毒素（ＣＴ）基因，并能表达，在其培养物上清中可测到ＣＴ活性。A strain of V. cholerae O139 isolated from a patient with watery diarrhea was detected by phenotype and geno-type characterization,compared with 8 epidemic strains from India,Bangladesh andailand. The 9 strains formed ahomogenous group with identical biochemical reactions except for susceptibility to vibriostatic agent (O/129). Allother biochemical testsevoked universally either positive or negative reactions and were similar to those exhibitedby the O1 serogroup of V. cholerae. Like the O1 serogroup,these O139 strains belonged to Heiberg group I.Sero-logical characterization revealed that none of the 9 strains were agglutinated by polyvalent O1 antiserum,or by anti-sera prepared against other non-O1 serogroups. These strains could not produce the vibriocidal antibody against O1V. cholerae. All strains carried the homologous cholera toxin gene with O1 V. cholerae,and the CT activity in theculture supernatant were detectable.
