热分离法制备人表皮下大疱病抗原

摘　　要：用热分离正常人皮肤制备免疫印迹所需的表皮下大疱病抗原。结果表明，热分离皮肤提取表皮和真皮基底膜带抗原的方法明显缩短实验周期，制备的抗原适用于免疫印迹检测表皮下大疱病的自身抗体。he subepidermal bullous diseases antigens used in immunoblotting were made from heat-separated normalhuman skin. The results showed that the methods of extracting epidermal and dermal basement membrane zoneantigens by heat-separated skin obviously shortened the experimental time of extracting antigens.The results sug-gest that the subepidermal bullous diseases antigens extracted from heat-separated skin is useful to measure au-toantibodies of bullous pemphigoid,epidermolysis bullous acquisita,bullous systemic lupus erythematosus and lin-ear immunoglobulin A bullous dermatosis with immunoblotting.
