摘 要:研究了150mW/cm^2的CO2激光照射对兔骨折愈合的影响。进行了组织学观察及测定骨痂中胶原及钙含量。实验结果:①光镜观察发现,照射组毛细血管丰富,骨小梁形成明显加速。②电镜观察发现,照射组钙化提前,软骨细胞成骨能力增加。③照射组的骨痂中胶原和钙含量显著高于对照组。结果表明:CO2激光照射改善了骨折处血液循环,调制了细胞功能使之成骨能力增强,加速了胶原合成及钙盐沉积,从而促进了骨折愈合。The effect fo 150mW/cm ̄2 low level CO_2 laser on fracture healing in rabbits were studied.Observation with optic microscope revealed that the irradiated group had an obvious increase in vascularization and faster formation of osseous tissue. With transmission electron microscopy, some favorable phenomenon to fracture healing were observed in the irradiated group.Deposition of calcium salts took place early.The chondrocytes were unusually active in forming osseous tissue. The chondrocytes were unusually active in forming osseous tissue. The collagen and calcium levels in callus were significantly different between irradiated group and control group. The results showed that 150 mW/cm ̄2 CO_2 laser irradiation could improve the circulation of blood,stimulate th activity of osteoblasts and chondroblasts,and promote the synthesis of collagen and deposition of calcium in callus. Finally the paper concluded that 150 mW/cm ̄2 CO_2 laser irradiation could facilitate fracture repair and accelerate the healing process.
