摘 要:利用荧光探针芘的标记技术研究了体外循环对红细胞膜的生物流变特性的影响。结果表明:体外循环和个体差异对芘和红细胞膜的结合量及芘本身的荧光光谱特性没有明显影响,肯定了探针芘的应用效果,证实了体外循环对红细胞膜流动性的损伤.其损伤特点是发生早,程度重,与体外循环时间无相关,体外循环后6~8小时最严重且术后恢复缓慢.The influence in the biorheologic properties of erythrocyte membrane induced by cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) were investigated with aid of pyrene fluorescent probe.From the results,it was concluded that the amount of pyrene bound to the membranes and the pyrene fluorescent spectra were not significantly effected by CPB and individual difference. The technique of pyrene fluorescent probe used in peri-CPB is proved to be available. In addition, it was found that CPB damaged the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane,which took place earlier, was serious in extent, and didn't relate to the time of CPB. The most serious damage appeared in 6-8 hours of post-CPB and the fluidity recovered slowly at postoperation.
