原发性高血压的肾脏超声改变及临床意义

摘　　要：报告３６０例原发性高血压的肾脏超声观察结果，并以８０例正常人进行对照，提出并讨论了肾脏改变的声像图分型，诊断方法及应用价值．发现其主要超声改变为肾切面面积减小，皮质变薄，肾窦面积与肾面积比率增加，肾皮质回声增强，皮髓质分界模糊。认为肾萎缩和肾皮质增强是提示肾脏受损的主要标志．它对估计肾脏有无受损及受损程度，指导治疗和判断预后有重要参考价值。The ultrasonic examinations of 360 cases of primary hypertension were studied and compared with 80 normal subjects. The results showed that the areas of kindeys decreased.The area rate of kidney and renal sinus increased.The renal cortex became thin and cortical echogenicity increased.The atrophy of kidney and enhancement of echo of renal cortex are important signs which are of key value in estimating severity of renal lesion. The value and method of ultrasonographic typing diagnosis were discussed.
