实验性精索静脉曲张生精上皮的超微结构观察

摘　　要：采用左肾静脉部分结扎法诱导Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠精索静脉曲张。术后１５周内分批处死取材，对曲张侧睾丸生精上皮进行了超薄切片及冷冻复型电镜观察。结果如下：①支持细胞的损伤出现较早，生精细胞的损伤出现稍晚。说明生精细胞的正常分化、发育依赖于正常的支持细胞，而底室生精细胞的损伤提示致损因素可能是多途径作用。②紧密连接、半紧密连接均出现异常改变，使其在生精中的重要作用减弱甚至丧失。③部分质膜、核胰蛋白颗粒有些异常变化，其意义尚待进一步研究。The purpose of this investigation was to establish a varicocele model in Wistar rats by partialwere killed in batches within 15 weeks and the testicular specimens were examined by ultrathin section and earlier than that of germ cells, indicating that germ cells depended on Sertoli cells.Data also showed that snermatosenesis effected changes in many wars.②Both Sertoli Sertoli cell and Sertoli cell-spermatid functional complexes were injuried, so the importance of them were weakened or even lost.③Parts of protein particles of cell membrane and nuclear membrane had some changes, but the further studies were needed.
