摘  要:对园林树种香花槐试管苗的继代培养和生根培养中的培养基类型和激素浓度配比以及试管苗移栽的基质和湿度条件进行了研究.结果表明,在附加KT1.2mg·L-1和BA0.7mg·L-1的MS培养基上,香花槐试管苗继代培养的丛生苗分化率最高并且生长良好.最佳生根培养基为1/2MS附加IBA0.2mg·L-1、NAA0.3mg·L-1,生根率可达98%~100%.移栽基质为泥炭和珍珠岩2∶1混合,苗木成活率可达到90%以上.移栽温室湿度在第一周内保持在90%左右是试管苗成活的关键.The suitable medium and formula of growth regulators for shoot propagation and rhizogenesis of Robinia pseudoacacia cv Idaho,and the appropriate substrate and relative humidity for its seedling transplantation in greenhouse were studied respectively.The results show that the suitable formula for tube bud culture is MS with KT 1.2 mg·L^(-1),BA 0.7 mg·L^(-1)and IBA 0.5 mg·L^(-1);and that the suitable formula for shoot rhizogenesis is 1/2 MS with IBA 0.06 mg·L^(-1),NAA 0.07 mg·L^(-1)and IAA 1 mg·L^(-1),with a rooting rate 98 %~100 %high.The appropriate substrate for seedling transplantation is peat and perlite in 2∶1,with a survival rate 95.8 %high,and the key factor to seedling survival in the greenhouse is to keep the relative humidity in 90 %in the first week of transplantation.
