摘　　要：通过对股四头肌瘫痪的观察和４８具成人尸体标本的解剖学观察，设计了缝匠肌皮瓣游离移植重建股四头肌功能。临床开展２例，１年后随访患肢股四头肌肌力由“０”级增至Ⅲ级。文中介绍了解剖学要点及注意事项，为临床应用提供了依据。AbstractBy the clinical observation of paraJ yticquadriceps femoris muscle and anetomical studyon the models of sartorius muscles in 48human cadvers,opctation procedure of func- tional recon struction of quadriceps femorismuscle by transplatation of sartorius myocu- taneous flap were designed.This procedurewas used in two case which were followed upfor one year.The muscular force of quadri-ceps femoris muscle increased to 3 degree fromzero degree. The main points of anatomy andconsiderations were discussed in detail and wealso expected that it would be available toclinical application.
