摘 要:为有效地控制一些市政污水设施(如提升泵站)的恶臭污染问题,一种生物法恶臭控制系统被开发并进行了现场工业化试验.该系统主要由集气系统、连接管道系统、净化设备、风机排气等构成.净化设备包括气体洗涤、生物滴滤区、生物过滤区和自控系统等单元.现场试验结果表明,在原设定气力负荷140m3·m-2·h-1的条件下,H2S的净化效率可大于99%,在气力负荷增大到240m3·m-2·h-1时,H2S的净化效率也能达到95%.与传统的生物过滤不同,生物滴滤区压降在实际运行4个月后无显著变化,系统表现出良好的抗负荷冲击能力.在10℃左右时,系统的H2S净化效率仍能达到90%.For effectiv management and control of the odor fugitive from some of sewage treatment facility (e.g. lift station),a full-scale odor control system was developed and tested in field.The system is made up of odor source enclosure,gas collection,interconnection conduit,control unit,fan and the chimney.The control unit is composed of the primary scrubber,two stage biological filter and programmable logic controller(PLC) control unit.The result of the filed test showed that the removal efficiency of H2S is higher than 99% under assumed gas volume loading (140 m3 ·m -2 ·h -1 ) while the removal efficiency can research 95% under gas volume loading of 240 m3 ·m -2 ·h -1 .There was no significant change in the pressure drop of the biotricling filter while the pressure drop of the traditional nature material filter is increased after 4 month's operation.The system showed good buffer capacity for the shocking loading.The removal efficiency can be kept more than 90% when the temperature is not lower than 10 ℃.
