摘　　要：改革开放25年来,中国社会财富状况发生了质的变化,社会结构也发生了新的分化,由此带来弱势群体问题日益突显。解决就业弱势群体问题必须广泛动员全社会的力量进行综合治理,积极构建适应新形势需要的就业弱势群体社会扶助网。With 25 years' reforms and opening to the outside world, qualitative changes happened in Chinese wealth state and new division also happened in social structure. The issue of weak groups arising therefrom has become serious day by day. To solve the problem of the disadvantaged groups in employment, strength of the whole society must be broadly mobilized to comprehensively deal with the problem and social net for helping the disadvantaged groups in employment must be actively constructed to meet the need of new situation.
