肩胛上血管冈下支为蒂的肩胛冈骨瓣移植术

摘　　要：根据对肩胛上血管冈下支的解剖学观察，设计以该支血管为蒂的肩胛冈骨瓣移植术，为修复四肢长管骨缺损提供一种新的手术，经临床应用３例，疗效满意。该骨瓣具有血管位置恒定、易于解剖、手术操作简便和组织损伤少等优点。Abstract Based on the observation of the inferior spina scapula branch of suprascapularis artery,spina scapula bone flap pedicled with the artery was designed,which provided a new therqpeutic method to reconsturct the defects of long bone in extremities. By using the flap in 3 patients,satisfactory results had been clinically achieved. With stable vascular position and less tissue injury,the flap is easy to dissect and convenient to perform.
