摘　　要：目的　研究针刺减肥时体重减少与治疗次数的关系。方法　运用体针结合耳压治疗156例单纯性肥胖病患者。建立食源性肥胖大鼠动物模型90只,分为15Hz电针组、2 /15Hz电针组、手捻针组、西布曲明治疗组、束缚对照组。结果　临床总有效率76. 28%,显效者平均18. 75±1. 36次能减体重5kg。3个针刺组体重的降低较药物和束缚组有极显著意义(P<0. 001),针刺组1 7次为快速减重期,每次降6. 97g, 8 32次为缓慢下降期,平均每次减0. 81g。3个针刺组间的差异无显著意义(P=0. 523, 0. 310, 0. 163)。结论　针刺减肥的早期有一个体重快速下降阶段,然后呈现缓慢下降并渐趋稳定的趋势,针刺减肥体重变化较药物治疗的特异性可能与针刺的个性化治疗相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between a decrease in body weight and the number of treatments in acupuncture reduction of weight.Methods One hundred and fifty-six patients with simple obesity were treated by body acupuncture plus ear pressing.A rat model of alimentary obesity was set up.The 90 rats were divided into 15 Hz electroacupuncture,2/15 Hz electroacupuncture,manual acupuncture,Meridia treatment and binding control groups.Results Clinical total efficacy rate was 76.28%.In the patients with a marked effect,mean 18.75 wessions of treatment reduced the body weight by 5kg.The body weight was very significantly reduced in the three acupuncture groups as compared with the medication and binding groups (P<0.01).In the acupuncture groups,the period of quick weight reduction occurred in 1-7 sessions of treatment,with an average decrease of 6.87 g each time,and the period of slow weight reduction occurred in 8-32 sessions of treatment,with an average decrease of 0.81 g each time.There was no significant difference between the three grups(P=0.523,0.310,0.163).Conclusion Body weight falls rapidly in the early stage of acupuncture reduction of weight and then slowly and gradually tends to be stable.The character of a change in body weight in acupuncture reduction of weight different from that in medication may be related to individualized acupuncture treatment.
