河北省法定传染病疫情网络直报质量分析

摘　　要：目的　分析全省网络直报疫情,掌握网络疫情直报的质量,发现问题,及时建议。方法　使用EXCEL对2 0 0 4年4月1～30日甲乙类传染病网络直报统计资料进行分析。结果　全省共报法定报告传染病10 733例,均为乙类传染病。其中2 0 0 3年12月31日前发病的病人5 19例,占报告总数的4 84 %。共查出重卡95张,占报告总数的0 89%。直报疫情卡中未注明填卡医生姓名的占11 36 % ,填卡医生姓名不全或明显错误的占0 2 7%。从医生填直报卡片到审核卡片,平均只需2 2 3d。结论　网络直报系统的使用,极大地提高了疫情报告的时效性。应进一步加强人员培训,不断完善国家疾病监测信息报告系统。Objective The purpose of the present study was to analyze network directly reported epidemic situation of the whole province and grasp its quality so as to detect problems and provide timely suggestions.Methods Excel was used to analyze the filling quality of report cards related to type A and B infectious diseases for patients diagnosed in April of 2004 and network direct report system.Results In the whole province, the number of cases of legally reported infectious diseases were 10733 and all belonged to type B, of which there were 519 cases of onsets before Dec. 31st of 2003, accounting for 4.84%; 95 cards were found repeated, accounting for 0.89%; cards without the name of doctors accounted for 11.36% and cards with incomplete name of doctors or evident mistakes accounted for 0.27%. It took only 2.23 days in average from filling cards by doctors to auditing them.Conclusion The use of network direct report system has substantially improved the timeliness-effectiveness of epidemic reports, and we should further strengthen training of related personnel, constantly perfect national disease monitoring and information report system and bring forward new management norms for epidemic report as soon as possible.
