摘　　要：介绍了洪江电站发电机定子线圈成型装置的结构与特点。传统的线圈成型模只能成型线圈的端部形状,而该装置在此基础上增加了对线圈的预弯、铲头、封焊等功能,在定子线圈热压前一次完成以上各工序。This paper introduces the shaping installation for hydro-generator stator coils of Hongjiang power station Traditional shaping mould can only shape the end part of the stator bars. But in this shaping installation, besides the mentioned functions, shaping, shoveling, soldering and sealing of the stator coils can be completed at the same time before hot pressing.
